Pricing & Payments

All orders are subject to payment confirmation, and an order will only be accepted once full payment has been successfully received.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the delivery zone. Rates generally start from $15 and may go up to $60. Shipping costs vary depending on whether the delivery address falls within the North Zone or South Zone.

Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged product, you may contact us via email with the relevant details and proof of damage. After verification, we will arrange for the delivery of the same product as a replacement. If you return the product, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
